Elderberries, Cloves, Cinnamon Chips, (Dried Ginger and Orange Peel Packet)
This kit includes the herbal ingredients and instructions to make your own elderberry syrup. This kit does not include honey, water, strainer or container.
Elderberry - Elderberries have been used for centuries to support the body and provide strengthened immunity and loads of antioxidants. The berries of elderberry are packed with vitamins that may boost your immune system.

- Do not eat elderberries raw: cyanide toxicity is destroyed by cooking.

People taking immunosuppressive medications for conditions like autoimmune disease. Elderberries increase the immune system response, so it will counteract immunosuppressant medications.
Keep in mind your finished herbal product is only as good as what you start with. When making this syrup, we suggest using raw honey and filtered or spring water.
