There is no right or wrong way to enjoy tea. It’s really all about preference, but here are a few suggested tips to get the best results for your tea infusions:

  • Cover our wellness blends while steeping. It is said that this technique helps the infusion maximize its potency.

  • For maximum benefits with wellness blends try a long infusion by placing in the fridge allowing to steep overnight in a mason jar.

  • If drinking a tea for pleasure, teabags can be used for as long as they retain their potency and flavor.

  • Try a cold brew with our Palate Pleasing Blends. Trust me you wont regret it! They’re delicious this way. Steep the herbs in the fridge between 3 - 4 hours (or overnight) and add a natural sweetener, if so desired. For additional palate pleasing affects - add your favorite citrus!

Did you Know?

Traditionally a single serving of tea is 6 oz. of brewed tea, which requires 1 to 1.5 teaspoons of dry tea. One teaspoon of dry tea will typically brew 2-6oz cups (or servings) of tea. This number is an approximation based on your taste preference and cup size. Using a large mug or using more tea than suggested will lessen the number of servings per bag.
